GENERAL TESTING
Our test philosophy is to determine the performance level of packaging therefore we offer a wide variety of additional tests we can perform, be it for Investigatory reasons, or a specific required test per client’s specification, we will try our best to assist accordingly.
- Pallet Testing (According to ISO 8611)
- Manhole Testing (According to SANS 558/ EN 124/ SANS 1882)
- Wood Adhesive Testing
- Webbing, Rope and similar
- Compression and Crush Testing (0 – 500 kg, 0 – 5000 kg and 2000 – 40 000 kg)
- Tensile Testing (0 – 500 kg, 0 – 5000 kg and 0 – 15 000 kg)
- Drop testing (Up to 9 meters)
- Vibration Testing (25 mm fixed displacement up to 3000 kg)
- Water Absorption Testing (According to ISO 535)
- Hydraulic Pressure Testing
- Air Leakage Testing
- Permeation/ Chemical Compatibility Testing (Test Method 1 = 180 days at 18°C, Test Method 2 = 28 days at 50°C and Test Method 3 = 14 days at 60°C)
